How to replace battery cables on Toyota, king Cab, V6,4wd

I have a 1993 Toyota, king Cab, V6,4wd. The batttery cables have become brittle and rusted. What do  need to replace the battery cables (both positive and negative)? Is it a simple job?

Yes...it IS as simple job...simply follow the path of the cable you are replacing...cannot get any easier than that~

YEP what he said. do one cable at a time; buy the best quality you can afford, clean the ground (neg) connection to the truck for maximum contact

I am a bit confused. I replaced the wire and terminals including the black neg battery to body - Ground. BUT I am confused that my RED + wire that comes from the starter is wrapped in elect tape along with another large black thick wire I think that wire also was connected to the + Postive terminal on the battery post... Im scared to connect it to the Pos + ... possibly burning out my Computer System. ?
