Truck runs and takes off weird

I have a 92 Toyota pickup with a 3.0l v6 and 5 speed tranny. when I go to take off its hops really bad until I get up to speed. it sometimes does it in second if im crusing and then mash on the gas. Also don't know if this is the same problem but when I park on a curb or flex it a little bit it idles really rough and or dies instantly. I cannot figure it out someone help please

Clutch is either burned or worn ... if the clutch had just be worked on then it probably got grease on it

i was talking to a couple other guys and they said the mass air flow sensor

If you notice that the truck idles poorly or dies when turning your steering wheel, you have a bad power steering pressure switch. If that's what you meant by "flexing" on a curb. The switch sends a signal to the ECU for more or less idle to compensate for harder turns.
