Probably be easier and cheaper to find out what is wrong with the v6 and fix it. IMO anyways.

Wait a minute. Did you mean that the v6 is missing as in no longer in the truck? GONE? PULLED OUT?

Would probably be easier and cheaper to find a good used v6 to go back in it.
