How to replace stereo speaker in passenger door?

I have a blown speaker in the passenger side door that is driving me crazy!! How do I get the door panel off so I can replace it?

Roll the window down. Remove the control panel. Remove any screws behind the control panel. Remove any screws behind reflectors and in the armrests. Start prying at the bottom and work around the edges. The panel is held in place with plastic tree looking devices.
