How do you remove the door panels?

I'm stuck! I've removed all of the screws and clips that I can see, but something else is holding to tight. Help!

You must still be missing a screw. Check the arm rest on the door. I think Toyota has a screw in the arm rest. The flat part of the arm rest on the door should life up and there may be a screw.
