I solved these 3 codes on my 2002 sienna by changing out the charcoal canister and the electric purge valve on the canister. I also replaced all the vacuum hoses and clamps under the van going to this canister. About $300.00 total, I did it myself

Take it back to wherever you had the oil change done. Sounds like they bumped or disconnected something on the EVAP system. Especially with all those EVAP codes and the light wasn't on before the oil change. HTH. -Jim
