2005 Toyota Corolla won't start but does roll
over. Bought brand new battery.

Need to check for spark first. If there is spark then the fuel pressure would need to be checked. Once you determine if it is spark or fuel, then you can figure out where the problem is.

I read that people had to replace the ECU if it wouldn't start .
