I changed by Ignition lock cylinder and now the rear brakes are locked up. Any suggestions?

Changed by Ignition Lock Cylinder 2 days ago, new key/ignition cylinder works great, can turn the key to all the positions easily. Went to drive it this morning and the rear brakes are locked up. The parking brake was not on, did try and put it on and off to see if this was causing the problem, but it didn't disengage. Any suggestions?

You will have to jack up the car and pull off your rear drums. Sounds like one of the brake pistons has seized in the rear causing one side to freeze up or they have rusted so badly that they may have fallen apart within the drum causing them to jam.
