Question type: General

Over a month ago I bought a 1995 Toyota corolla with a defective passenger seat belt.
You were to have it repaired and supposedly the new belt part was ordered. It has
been over a month with NOTHING from you. My question is this. What is it gonna take
to get you to do what you said you would do? Do I need to go to social media or small
claims court or both ? Until it is fixed I can't have a passenger in my car and it is getting
very frustrating. I have called many times and "someone will get right on it" That is a
joke cause I never even get a call back so I need to hear from you. Charles Schmidt
