Engine vibrate at low RPM with AC

My Corolla AE100 has a vibration problem at low RPM. Now its increasing little bit.
Without AC & Neutral its smoothly run but when i turn on the AC engine start to vibrate
a lot. Vibrations occur only the RPM is 900 with AC, but mostly when i am at the
traffic jam in the Drive mode .Once I got up to speed rpm=1000, this problem seemed
to go away.


My car examined by two mechanics that have found nothing wrong, engine mount is
good. One mechanic said it was the timing belt, so I had the timing belt replaced in the
last year, Aug 2014. Original Toyata timing belt. Front & Back Engine mounts replaced
in Dec 2013, but one is Thailnad & other original one. Also AC cooler was replaced in
last year April 2014.

Now the meter is 190,000km.

Last week i show this to my frinds mechanic & he said my car needs to EFI tune-up.
Any idea about this vibration @ the drive mode with AC????

A vibration that occurs only when A/C is on leads me to pulley bearing, and/or an imbalance in the compressor it's self. When you turn A/C on, the idle is supposed to kick up automatically to about 1100, as to run the alternator and water pump a bit faster and maintain cooling, and support additional draw of radiator fan that is also supposed to kick on. And the compressor should cycle, not run continuously...even in hot ambient temperatures. Ok, now even if one of the mounts is Thai manufactured, it may or may not be quality, but probably not but should be fine, just not last as long. I don't know what an "EFI Tune-Up" is, other than running some solvent cleaner through, which personally I don't recommend. I don't know where you are, and the quality of gasoline available, but hopefully it has detergents. Your engine needs them.
