Do 97 Toyota celica  lowering springs fit on an 02 Toyota
celica?

No I don't believe so. You need to get 2000-2005 lowering springs for your 02 Celica. 1990-1999 have different specs (size, height, spring rate, ect.) than the 2000-2005. Hope this helps!
