2000 Toyota Celica

We reversed the battery terminals when replacing
the battery and now the car cranks but won't start

Ouch, check for any blown fuses, hopefully it just pop a main fuse and didn't back feed enough power to take out the main processor. After you do get it running again the processor will have to relearn the driving protocols all over again so it might run a little strange for about the first twenty minutes. HTH
