a 1993 Toyota Celica gt convertible I had to replace the driver side window motor day one and it's been fine but just last week I was driving and it stopped working

The switch wires and motor are fine
you can hear the motor trying to
move it but nothing happens please
help

You will have to tear off the door panel and take a look inside. If you can hear the motor running, then most likely the cable has broken which pulls the window up and down. Or something has fallen down inside and jammed it up.
