Reasons why my car won’t start

I have an 05 Chevy cavalier. I just went and
bought a new starter and it sounds like the
starter cranks but won’t turn the motor
over. Any suggestions?

The battery is brand new. I drove it home one night and woke up the next morning and it wouldn’t start. I was thinking maybe a bad fly wheel. I’m trying to get as many suggestions as I can do I can go through them one by one and hopefully find the problem
