misfire on cylinders 2 and 5

I'm having a problem with cylinder number 2 and 5. I replaced the spark plugs, swap out the ignition coil and the spark plug wire with other one is good. But still the same. only thing I didn't do yet is to check the compression on the two cylinders.

Yes compression test it,Also check injector pulse and for vacuum leak.
