06 Camry won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So my wife left her keys in the ignition all day with
the keys turned to the on position. Of course the
battery died so I charged the battery this morning
and then jump started the car and the vehicle
started working. Since it was working I left the
vehicle running to help charge the battery. When I
came back out the vehicle shut off and now seems
to not be receiving any power inside the vehicle i.e.
No light when you open the door and does nothing
when you try to start the car. The battery is reading
at 98 and alternator was just changed about 90
days ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

"battery reading 98"???? does not computer with me. Where did that reading come from? Seems to me ...it's time to service/test the battery. Special equipment is usually required. A proper jump start and trip to AutoZone might result in a FREE Battery Test. Suggest you call them up first to verify.
