Have to make sure battery connections are good, on all ends, not just at the battery, positive and negative. If no voltage to fuse boxes, have to check feed to fuse box. You can use a test light to check voltage at fuses. Some are hot all the time, some fuses go hot with the key on, check them both ways. Grounds are important also.
