Where is the water coming from that is on my passenger floorboard?

When it rains my passenger back floorboard carpet is wet. When i lift up the carpent under the passenger seat there is a puddle of water. How can this be fix?

Thank you Tom. Can you tell me where the drain holes are located?

I had this happen with my old pontiac the drain tubethat carries water around the sun roof was pointed directly into my backseat floor boards so when it rained it would soak the carin back first. Hope it helps
