2004 camry toyota manual

Recently having problems starting my car. Battery
just changed.   Changed the netural safty switch.  
Worked fine for a few starts then started to not
start again.  I am poping the cluch to start now.  
Any advice be great.  Tks.  Peace

May I assume when you say your vehicle will not START...you are experiencing something like a dead battery. The diagnosis starts with putting a Voltmeter across the battery to check the overall condition of same. You should see 12.3-12.6 volts DC. We then start checking the CRANKING circuit from there.......particularly checking for corrosion. So....IMO you need to invest in a Digital Volt Meter ...$20.00 from Walmart.....if you intend to attempt this diagnosis and repair. What do you think?
