Funny noise from rear of car

2002 Camry has a strange sound, like oooooooo coming from the rear of the
car occasionally after maybe 20 minutes of driving, particularly at highway
speeds.  The noise stops when the brakes are applied but starts again as
soon as the brake pedal is released.

Here is a pic of the rear Bearing/Seal - Wheel Bearing And Hub Assembly.

2015 Corolla XRS. Thought I had a snake in the trunk. Pressure valve makes total sense.
