Sounds like your vehicle has a STALLING problem upon deceleration. Here are some things that come to my mind. Dirty THROTTLE BODY.....Dirty malfunctioning IAC(idle air control valve)....EGR(exhaust gas recirculation valve) malfunction. CEL(check engine light ON)...resulting in CODES in the computer. Has anyone checked any of the above?

I would try replacing the Idle Air Control valve first. Sounds like an idle issue. You can clean it with throttle body cleaner if you don't want to spend the money on a new one. Here is a short video on it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WsP2-HKz7vE
