I Drive a 2001 toyota camry LE automatic. I start
my car and let it run for 10 or so minutes every
morning, we back out of the driveway, then when I
put the car in drive it takes several seconds to
actually kick into gear and go. During this
hesitation, I can press the gas, and nothing. If
timong is right, it'll "jump" as it kicks in. Sometimes
that is the only time I have the issue, sometimes
it'll happen at every stop. What could be the issue?

Did you ever find the problem? I was having the same issue. I also changed the EGR valve during this time. Now it won't click into drive at all. It only works in reverse. Checked and added transmission fluid and it still doesn't work.
