What's up with my headlights?

Asked by BeardedGoat2017 Mar 14, 2017 at 08:31 PM about the 2001 Toyota Camry LE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The only time I can get the low beams to work is when the car is off and key is
in accessory position. Then, when I start the car, the only time I get headlights
is when they are on bright (and then it's just the high beams, not both sets of
lights). Blinker makes a too-quick click repetition too. So, I changed the relay
for the blinker/lights column. No change. What else do I need to check?

Check under hood relay center. See if there is a relay ID....head light. Place your finger on the relay while some one else turns on the headlights. Get back to us with results.
