My 2001 toyota camry engine fans will only turn on sometimes

My camry engine fans I believe are the cause of the over
heating sometimes the fans cool the car down and
sometimes they will not kick on.also when my ac is on the
fans will not move either and sometimes they will i have
changed the eCT sensor,thermostat,bottom radiator
sensor,new engine fans relay

Well...you can just keep replacing parts and keep wasting $$$$...or....you can take this vehicle to one who has bi-directional SCAN TOOL. This tool will allow the operator to test the fans...relays....and the computer for function by electrically turning these fans on/off while watching the inputs which tell computer to operate the fans. You need a good AC repair guy.
