Car shut off

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Son was driving and all of a sudden the
car died. Power is still there???
Guessing it's the fuel pump, but want to
be sure.???

Might be beneficial to check fuses and fuel pump relay first. If you hear pump it is not your relay unless it fails when it gets hot. High resistance also makes a relay bad. You can easily test a relay.
