01 camry wont crank

Hey guys my buddy gas an 01 camry 4 cylinder
with 220k and it wont crank ive replaced
connection wires, brand new battery, had the
starter tested and even went and replaced the
ignition switch everything lights up well and I'm
just not getting a crank out of it. Any ideas?
