how to set the idle goes back to normal ?

After  cleaning the throttle body,my car idle goes up to 1400rpm and check engine light comes on when i drive about 20 miles.Please give me some advise to set the idle back to normal,at 800rpm.Thank you.

you're absolutely right.A lot of gunk came down from throttle body to IAC.It made the valve could not move freely and its sensor couldn't work properly. I realize that throttle body and IAC should be cleaned at the same time to avoid the dirt moves from one part to the other.,and make problem for the engine. Thanks again for your advise.
