my 2000 toyota camryle will not start but does turn over. how do i disable the anti-left system

So...what happened? Did you perhaps disconnect the vehicle battery? Someone try to break into the car? Is the anti theft system Factory/Dealer installed...or ...after market installed?

Same situation mechanically everything done.out of the blue nothing not even a turnover.

Make ....Model...Year...Mileage? Were there any warning lights ON or Flashing when the engine did run?
