How do you replace the water pump on a 2000 toyota camry le 4cyl 2.2?

On either a cold start up or when it's been sitting over night there's a slight rattle sound around the timing cover.  Possible water pump going out soon?  Engine does not overheat ever.  Sound goes away after driving for about 5 minutes or until engine starts to warm up.  If it is the water pump, how do you replace it?  If it's not the water pump, what else could it possibly be?

it is the timing belt itself. Replace it as soon as possible, when you change it change the water pump since you open the same case or it will not cost labor.
