I replaced my fuel pump in my 1999 Toyota Camry and it still will not start. I have checked the relays, fuses disconnected the battery and still nothing. I can hear the fuel pump working but still won't start. Do you have any suggestions? I was driving the car when the fuel pump went out.

Have you pulled your plug wires and checked for spark? You may have a bad coil. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Do4ZiEu6fB8 Are you sure it was the fuel pump and not the timing belt that broke?

We had a same issues with my 1999 Toyota Corolla and we found out it was two bad coils. Got those replaced and the car ran smoothly again.
