No power to windows or radio and no a/c is working

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Okay so i changed the battery and some fuses
were blown and i have replace Fan 1 and Fan 2 and
fan 3 Relays i have checked all the fuses but still
my fans on the radiator do not turn ?? What am i
missing ?

the fans will not turn on until you reach operating temp. Try turning on the AC after you crank it up see if it turns on
