You may want to remove your climate control unit and check the wires in the back like in this video. You might consider having a "pro" check out your concern. Are you positive you have an actuator problem? There are lots of plastic parts that need to be manipulated when replacing HVAC actuators. They easily crack and break. Did you check for correct electrical activity needed to drive these actuators? Also....sometimes the door in question is merely stuck in the open or closed position and needs a nudge to free it. Good Luck.
