99 toyota camry ce

On my 99 toyota camry the radiator fans
turn on late The temperature gauage will go
passed the half way mark then the cooling
fans will turn on the switch works i
disconnected the switch on the bottom of
the radiator and the fans turn on

Try replacing your thermostat. Sounds like it's about ready to stick closed and over heat your car............

I just replaced it because the old one was stuck open that is when I started to have the problem

If your old one was stuck open, you may just be used to looking at your temp guages running cooler. Now that you have one that works, it may just appear to be running hotter. If you think that it's not correct, you could try replacing the radiator temp sensor.
