1998 toyota camry

My husbands car wont turn on his
turn signals .the head lights
back/break lighs everythig turns on
but when he turns on his signal light
nothin comes on ? What can i do
please he has to go to work in 1hour
please help i bout a new fuze an
installed it but nothing works

It could be a bad wire or ground, or the turn signal flasher could be bad. bulbs could be a problem too, but usually they wont both quit at the same time.
