More info is needed here, where is the water leaking from exactly? could it be condensation? is it only when it rains?

Maybe you roof window (sunroof?) needs a new seal or is not closing all the way.

Perhaps you simply need to have your sunroof drains blown out with compressed air. Over time they will get clogged with dirt, pollen, etc., and then the overflow will leak down into the vehicle.

start by making sure thee sun roof is closing 100%, then make sure the drain ports are not clogged or obstructed if all is ok check and clean seal ,look for cracks folds things sotchas this also wipe down the seal with a light silicone lube. hope this helps.
