96 camry whole back panel of lights stopped working, also right head light. fuses are good, bulbs are good, what else can it be?

how do I fix these things so its not illegal and dangerous to drive? help please

When you say, "whole back panel" are you talking about all of your tail lights? The right head light is either a bad bulb or you have a dirty power plug. Unplug the power and check the prongs for corrosion.
