crankshaft pulley not turning right

hi I have a 96 camry 2.2. when I start it the crankshaft pulley don't turn straight it wiggles. so the question is what do I need to do to fix it. do I need to replace the pulley do I have a bearing going bad or what.

I would say that the large bolt that holds it in has become loose. You will need to tighten it up. Bolt should be in the center of the pulley. Hard to see.
