Assuming that Rear Window is stuck in the down position....try having someone operate the up function on the MASTER Switch while you nrap the inside of the door with the palm of your hand. Get back with result.

A little more history would help with the diagnosis. Glass broken? Window is stuck open? Window stuck closed? Window rattles? Do all the OTHER window function correctly? Did someone try to break into the vehicle?
