1995 Toyota camry

Bought a new car battery, hooked it back up, and
put keys in the ignition nothing turned on at all. All
the lights on the dashboard came on but nothing
turned on at all. Is it the alternator or the starter?

are the terminals on the batt are nice and snug ? do you know how old the starter is ? to test it and see if it's getting power you'll probably have to drop it any way , then you might as well replace it .a bad alt. will normally show up on the dash batt light

What Engine and mileage? What was the issue BEFORE the battery replacement?
