Why does the front passenger window on my 1995 four door Camry only go down, but doesn't go back up?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Started the car recently and the passenger side
window went down on its own. Thinking it was the
motor, I ordered a new window regulator and
motor. When I connected the new motor, it did go
down, but it still wouldn't go up. Neither the
master switch in the drivers door nor the
passenger door allows the window to go up. All
three other windows work fine.

There is a window relay, I think it located in the fuse panel...

Turned out that there were some broken wires between the door and the A frame of the car body.
