Car not starting

I have a 94 Toyota Camry yesterday we noticed our
coolant was low so we filled it to the max full line
threw out the day we kept hearing the coolant
bubble and his car over heated and turned off when
we looked under the coolant was way over the line
and we tried to empty some of it but the car is just
making a screening sound without trying to turn
over?

What engine in this vehicle? Suggest you pull the engine dip stick and check engine oil. Whst color is it. Does the oil smell like gas? Does the oil look milky?
