Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car will stall out when it's coasting or as I slow down for a stop.  My idle handler was just replaced.  What else could it be?

Dirty or faulty idle air control valve or dirty throttle body can cause this. If iac was just replaced check it again. Have on numerous occasions got bad new parts. Also check the harness connections. Egr valve sticking open can also cause such issues.

The above suggestions are sound. You might want to stop at an AutoZone Parts store for needed supplies if your thinking of servicing this vehicle yourself. While your there, ask them to scan for codes, a service which is usually free.

Have your ( Toque Converter Solinold ) checked. Google what I just said and it will give you the symptoms of when this part goes bad. Sounds like what your vehicle is doing.

You might want to also check out the harmonic balancer. If that's not working properly, it can stall your engine.
