speedometer and tachometer dont work

speedometer and tachometer don't work and my car does not shift gear on drive

You will have to replace your instrument cluster. The computer tells the car how to shift via info from the cluster. If it's not working, the computer can't tell the car when to shift.Try your local salvage yard.
