My car is a 1994 totya carmy.. the said it
was my starter I bought a new one N all
imma getting is a click click noise but it was
doing that wit my old starter all my lights a
door N all work..so way could not make it
turn over

Should have the battery checked, may be a bad battery, or the charging system is not keeping the battery charged. Try getting a jump, it should turn right over and start. You could then check at the battery with a digital volt meter to see if there is 14.5 volts going to the battery when the car is running. If so the charging system is working but it should be taken to a garage so they could put it under a load test, battery and charging system.
