Is efi fuse under hood my relay switch for 94
Toyota Camry le 2.2 engine

If you have found a black plastic box that says EFI on it, that would be your relay. If you haven't replaced your fuel pump, my guess would be that's your issue judging by the year. It would be about time to go. There are many videos on Youtube on how to test a relay. If it tests good, I would suspect your fuel pump if car cranks over forever but doesn't fire up. And yes, you have to drop the tank to replace the fuel pump.
