do i need to replace the crankshaft pulley? or is there an easier fix?

When the pulley spins it has a wobble but the center is plumb anmd the bolt is
tight,  like the pulley has seperated

Yes, replace it ASAP. No easier fix than replacing it.

Sounds like the harmonic balancer has separated from the pulley. HTH. -Jim
