Toyota Avalon AC works only on defrost

My 2003 Toyota Avalon suddenly will blow cold air only when the Defrost button is
pushed. When any other button is selected to send the air to the upper or lower vents, air
comes through those vents but it's warm. Any ideas for what's wrong and how to fix?

Check under dash for vacume leak,that,s what controls this.loose hose or broke ones any leak.
