Timing Belt Change Kit

Just crossed 140,000 on ORIGINAL timing belt and related parts.  The dealer is asking over $1000.00 including change of spark plugs.  I want to drive it for another 100,000 miles. Can the gurus out there suggest a complete list of parts and MAKES which would assure another 10 years of excellent service from my car.
