Why does my car jump

Every so often when at idle stopped at a red or even
parked waiting my car will suddenly start hesitating
sometimes jumping and reving up making the car
go forward if in drive still.

I recently had a fuel cleaner done by a mechanic
shop and it started a few days after.

I had a mechanic check the engine light out he said it was an o2 sensor air/fuel sensor bank 2 sensor 1 he changed it out and it's still doing it
