my two ac vents in the middle over the radio wont blow air.

i have a  1995 toyota avalon xl.the ac works fine but the two middle vents over the stereo wont blow air.The rest of the vents work but when adjusting the foot,head foot and head setting to make it go on the floor or face .....it seems like it only stays on foot and face and not how i set it.Basicly it stays on one setting.

I bet you need to replace your AC cabin filters. You can find where they are by going on-line. Hope this helps.
